Police Identify Man Found in Lakeview Suffering from Memory Loss

CHICAGO — Police have identified a man found in Wrigleyville Thursday suffering from memory loss.

The man was found near Clark Street and Waveland Avenue Thursday morning, police said, and is unable to identify himself.

The man has numerous tattoos, including: on his left forearm, "Harley," surrounded by flames; a bald eagle and heart emblem over his heart, and multiple banners reading "Cody, Steph, Riley, Rebecca, Nicholas, Veronica and Mackenzee," with a Harley-Davidson logo; and tribal artwork on his right upper arm.

Police suspect the man is between 35 and 42. He is 5-foot-6, and weights 160 pounds, with brown eyes, brownish grey hair. He was wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and gym shoes.
