Police said Davis was identified as the man who fatally shot and stabbed 19-year-old Jamal Harmon about 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 6, 2013.

Officers found Harmon hours later in an alley in the 7600 block of South Carpenter Street in Auburn Gresham. Harmon, of the 6700 block of South Parnell Avenue, was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
