LAKEVIEW — Singer Aloe Blacc will be singing for free at The Vic next Thursday — but you can only get hands on tickets if you take action on poverty.

The concert is organized by The Global Poverty Project, a non-profit dedicated to ending "extreme poverty by 2030." Along with Blacc, known for singing "I Need a Dollar" and "Wake Me Up," actress Sophia Bush and folk duo Johnnyswim will be at the Global Citizen Nights concert.

To get in, fans must sign petitions on the non-profit's four main focuses: food aid reform, water and sanitation, global education and polio eradication.

Each action earns points, and 20 points enters fans into a drawing for one of 400 free tickets.

Winners of tickets to the free concert will be notified by 3 p.m. on Tuesday. To earn tickets, visit Global Citizen's website.

The concert is on Thursday, April 24 at The Vic, 3145 N. Sheffield Ave. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
