LINCOLN PARK — All of Chicago is getting into the holiday spirit. Even the animals.

Two million lights illuminate Lincoln Park Zoo in its 19th annual "zoo lights" display, which started this weekend.

Friday was the first day for parents and kids to ride a holiday train, pay a visit to Santa Claus and of course, check out the lights display.

The lights display is open on weekends from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. through December 13, and then will be open nightly through January 5, with the exception of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

The zoo is also offering ice skating for the first time this year through March 2. Tickets to skate are $5, and skate rentals also cost $5.
