NORTH CENTER — Watch out Chicago, the "New York City Heckler" is coming to town.

Comedian Eddie Pepitone, who's frequently appeared as a heckler on "Conan," will perform on the other side of the microphone as he opens the 14th season of stand-up comedy at the Lincoln Lodge.

Pepitone, recently the subject of the documentary "The Bitter Buddha," was a contestant on the first season of "Last Comic Standing" and has played recurring characters on "Community" and "The Sarah Silverman Program."

Catch his act at 8 or 10:15 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Lincoln Lodge, located within the Lincoln Restaurant at 4008 N. Lincoln Ave. Tickets are $15; doors open 30 minutes before showtime. A full food and drink menu will be available during both sets.

The Lincoln Lodge comedy season runs every Friday night at 9 p.m. through May 17. Each show will feature a different Chicago comic, variety acts and a man-on-the-street segment.

All ages are welcome, there's no drink minimum and free parking is available.
