CHICAGO — A West Englewood man is charged with selling fake Bears and Blackhawks tickets, police said Friday.

George Huff, 24, of the 5500 block of South Loomis Street, is charged with three counts of forgery.

Huff allegedly tried to pawn off four Bears tickets for $600 in the 1200 block of South Wabash Avenue Thursday, less than a mile from Soldier Field. He also sold four counterfeit Bears tickets Aug. 28 in the same block, police said.

In May, Huff sold two fake Blackhawks tickets to a victim in the 3600 block of South Wentworth Avenue, outside U.S. Cellular Field, authorities said.

Police are looking for information about the above sales and "similar incidents" and ask anyone with information to call 312-747-8384.

Huff will appear in Central Bond Court Saturday.
