CHICAGO — A teen was hurt after being hit by a car in West Town, Chicago Fire Department officials said.
The 17-year-old girl was hit near Ashland Avenue and Augusta Boulevard about 7:25 a.m., according to Chicago Police and Fire Department officials. The car struck her foot, said Officer John Mirabelli, a police spokesman.
She was taken to Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in fair condition, Fire Department spokesman Juan Hernandez said.
