Boy in Critical Condition After Being Shot in Woodlawn

CHICAGO — A boy was critically wounded by gunfire in Woodlawn Wednesday night, police said.

The boy was shot about 5:30 p.m. in the 6700 block of South Evans Avenue, police said.

The boy was in critical condition at Comer Children's Hospital, officials said.
