CHICAGO — The body of a man was pulled from Lake Michigan not far from Grant Park on Tuesday morning, police said.
A man in his 20s was found about 11:20 a.m. in Monroe Harbor near the 100 block of North Lake Shore Drive, said Officer Michael Sullivan, a police spokesman.
Police are conducting a death investigation and did not immediately have further details.
A spokesman for the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the death Tuesday afternoon but said the morgue had not identified the man.
