Police are warning Woodlawn and Hyde Park locals of two robberies that occured at 10:30 and 10:54 a.m. May 19.
In both incidents, police reported the suspects approached their victims, implied they had a weapon and then took property from the victims' pockets. One robbery occurred in the 6100 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue, and another incident occurred in the 700 block of East Midway Plaisance.
The suspects are described as three black men who were 17 to 25 years old, standing 5-foot-7 to 6-foot and weighing 140 to 160 pounds.
