CHICAGO — Several Dell laptops were stolen from a Washington Park elementary school some time in the last two weeks, police said.
The black and grey laptops were stolen some time between March 28 and Tuesday from an elementary school in the 4700 block of South Michigan Avenue, according to a community alert.
Police ask anyone with information to call 312-747-8384.
William Carter Elementary School is located at 5740 S. Michigan Ave. Carter and is slated for turnaround in a CPS plan to close 54 schools and turnaround six others.
