CHICAGO — A Maywood man has been charged with first-degree murder after he allegedly stabbed a relative to death during a Saturday night dispute, police said.

Reginald Duckworth, 22, of the 1700 block of West Madison Street, was charged with first-degree murder in the Sunday slaying of a 32-year-old South Shore resident, police said.

According to authorities, Duckworth and Willie Wilson, who are distant relatives, got into a heated argument in Wilson’s home in the 2500 block of 73rd Street. Duckworth allegedly stabbed Wilson twice before fleeing the scene.

Wilson was pronounced dead on the scene at 11:55 p.m. Sunday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
