Pub crawls can get ugly — that's the whole point of Roscoe Village Neighbors' annual charity event, which kicks off at 2 p.m. on Nov. 9.
The organization is urging folks to take part in a neighborhood pub crawl dressed in their ugliest sweater. Though adhering to the dress code isn't manadatory, there will be prizes awarded to the most hideously attired men and women.
Free pizza will be served at Riverview Tavern (the third stop on the crawl) and drink specials will be available at all participating bars.
Cost is $25 at the door or $20 for those who pre-register online. Proceeds will benefit Common Pantry; food donations for the pantry will also be collected during the crawl.

2 p.m., Black Rock Pub, 3614 N. Damen Ave.
3 p.m., The Village Tap, 2055 W. Roscoe St.
4 p.m., Riverview Tavern, 1958 W. Roscoe St.
5:30 p.m., Four Moon Tavern, 1847 W. Roscoe St.
6:30 p.m., Four Treys Tavern, 3333 N. Damen Ave.
