Bryan Moscatello, The Storefront Company's chef, visited Pinn-Oak Ridge Farms in Delavan, Wis. and brought back a lamb from farmer Steve Pinnow.
Pinnow will serve as a guest of honor at an interactive dinner, part of the restaurant's new Discovery Dinner Series on Tuesday, Feb. 19. The five-course dinner kicks off at 6:30 p.m. and includes cuts of shank, belly, and neck. Tickets are available for $79 per guest (including wine pairings), and must be reserved in advance by calling Storefront Company at 773.661.2609.
The Discovery Dinner Party Series continues on Tuesday, March 5 with an event co-hosted by Cattlemen Chad Bicker and Chad Perkins from CDK Angus Farm in Lena, IL; who will be discussing their profession of ranching during the bovine-centric dinner.
