COOK COUNTY CRIMINAL COURTHOUSE — A White Sox fan arrested Sunday after he charged onto the baseball diamond at Guaranteed Rate Field is not allowed to drink alcohol until his case is resolved, a judge ruled Monday.

Guy Lucia, 32, is charged with criminal trespass at a place of amusement. He ran on the field in the ninth inning during a Sunday game against the Cleveland Indians.

The suburban Tinley Park resident was released on his own recognizance Monday — but told he's not allowed to drink alcohol or return to Sox Park, at 333 W. 35th St., until the criminal case is resolved, court records show.

In a video posted on Instagram Sunday afternoon, Lucia is seen dashing through the outfield while flailing his arms in a No. 14 Paul Konerko jersey. A guard grabs the shirt, but Lucia gives him the slip and runs shirtless across the field.

On the video, three more guards run toward Lucia, and one tackles him to the ground.

Lucia can be seen in two other Instagram clips trying to feed women hot dogs he'd stashed in his baseball cap. No one obliged.

Lucia's antics were posted on the national sports site Deadspin, which headlined its account "White Sox Enthusiast Enjoys Game."

One commenter joked, "It looks like he could be a helluva pass rusher. That's the Bears 3rd round pick right there."

Last summer, two White Sox fans who rushed onto Guaranteed Rate Field on a $500 bet were each hit with $50,000 bail. The Downers Grove residents are now in a deferred prosecution program. If they complete the program successfully, charges will be dropped.

In October, a Tennessee man was hit with $250,000 bail after charging onto Soldier Field in a gorilla suit at a Chicago Bears game. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 24 days in Cook County Jail, 30 hours of community service and two years probation.

Such a gentleman.
