CHICAGO — Brittany LeFlore, 22, was shot to death in Roseland on Tuesday night, officials said.
At 11:35 p.m., officers responding to a call of a person shot found the woman lying on the sidewalk in the 10700 block of South Indiana Avenue, police said. The woman had been shot in her abdomen and ankle and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in critical condition.
LeFlore, of the 200 block of East 108th Street, was pronounced dead at 12:13 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
