ANDERSONVILLE — A mixed-use building along Clark Street in Andersonville sold for nearly $3 million, according to a press release from the realty group.

Danny Spitz and Greg Dietz, of Baum Realty, sold the building at 5531-5539 N. Clark St. for $2,857,000 to "a Chicago-based investment group," the release said.

“A diverse and solid rental stream from Chase Bank and Hair Cuttery on the first floor with an office tenant and loft apartment on the second floor made the asset attractive to several investors,” said Spitz.

Baum Realty Group is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

The firm could not be reached for comment.
