HYDE PARK — Volunteers are needed for a workday in Washington Park on Sunday.
Park stewards are looking for people to help clean up the park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday. The workday will kick off from the “Fountain of Time,” 6000 S. Cottage Grove Ave.
The Sunday event will be the last workday of the year at the park and people who want to help are asked to dress for the weather and come wearing tough, waterproof shoes.
