ENGLEWOOD — Two men were shot while sitting on a porch in Englewood midday Monday, police said.

At 12 p.m., the men were sitting in the 5600 block of South Morgan Street when another man walked up and shot at them, according to Officer Kevin Quaid, a Chicago Police spokesman.

One man, 19, was taken to Stroger Hospital after being shot in the left side of his back, Quaid said. He was listed in serious condition.

The other man, 26, was listed in good condition after being shot in his hand, Quaid said.

Police said both men are documented gang members.

No one is in custody, police said.
