ENGLEWOOD — A 16-year-old boy and a 25-year-old man were hurt in a shooting in Englewood Tuesday evening, police said.

Around 6 p.m., the pair was sitting on the front porch of a home in the 6800 block of South Throop Street when two men walked up and shot at them before running off, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The teen was shot in his stomach, Estrada said, and the man was shot in his shoulder and both legs.

Both were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, Estrada said. Police could not provide their condition but said they were "stable."

No one is in custody, Estrada said.
