Watch a Film about Chicago's Very Own Rhymefest for Free Thursday

"In My Father's House" will screen Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Gary Comer Youth Center. In the film, hip-hop artist and songwriter Che "Rhymefest" Smith reunites with his homeless father after 25 years.

In My Father's House

GRAND CROSSING — A free screening of a film about fatherhood, forgiveness and personal redemption will play at the Gary Comer Youth Center Thursday.

"In My Father's House" will start at 6:30 p.m. at the center, 7200 S. Ingleside Ave. It has a run time of 93 minutes. In the film, hip-hop artist and songwriter Che "Rhymefest" Smith reunites with his homeless father after 25 years.

Refreshments will be served and there will be a discussion following the film. This film is rated R and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
