Following a two-year journey that included getting a liquor sales ban lifted, the venture from "Rootmaster" Robert Finkel and Head Brewer BJ Pichman is ready to roll.
Chef Dan Weiland (formerly of Trencherman, Blackbird and Avec) has created six entrees, such as pork schnitzel sandwich, burgers, and mushroom pot pie. The menu also offers several bar snacks, sides and cheese and dessert plates.
