BRIDGEPORT — Head to Schaller’s Pump Thursday for some Christmas carols and cold brews.

That’s where First Lutheran Church of the Trinity will sponsor a holiday event dubbed “Beer and Carols.”

The event runs from 8-11 p.m. at 3714 S. Halsted St., where you’ll be able enjoy a couple drinks with friends and sing some of your favorite Christmas tunes.

Admission is free, but donations are accepted. Snacks and songbooks will be provided. If you show up hungry, Schaller’s kitchen will be open until 9 p.m.

There will be a cash-only bar — and Santa will be available for photos.
