DOUGLAS — A man was found dead inside a car in the lake at the 31st Street boat ramp Monday afternoon, fire officials said.
Chicago Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford said the man found in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man was identified as Mark Grabowski, 58, of the 4400 block of North Knox Avenue, according to Cook County Medical Examiner's records. Grabowski was pronounced dead at 3:20 p.m.
