CHICAGO — Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez on Monday announced that there would be no charges filed against the Chicago Police Officer who shot and killed Ronald Johnson on Oct. 12, 2014.
Aside from releasing video of the encounter, which did not capture the entire scene but did show officers pursuing Johnson, Alvarez released audio of 911 calls and police radio activity.
