ENGLEWOOD — A man died after being shot multiple times in Englewood Sunday night, police said.
Around 7:55 p.m., police responded to a call of a person shot at 900 West 59th Street, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman. There they found a 28-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.
Jimmy Jenkins, of the 5900 block of South Morgan Avenue, was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:16 p.m., county records show.
No one is in custody, Estrada said.
