Beverly Hills Turkey Trot Packet Pickup Is Saturday at the PrivateBank

BEVERLY — The Beverly Hills Turkey Trot will be held on the Saturday after Thanksgiving — Nov. 28.

The seventh annual 5K run and family walk through North Beverly begins at 9 a.m. at Christ the King School's gymnasium at 9235 S. Hamilton Ave.

The PrivateBank sponsors the event and will have a packet pickup event from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday as well as on Nov. 21 at its Mount Greenwood branch at 3052 W. 111th St.

Runners can also pick up their bibs and other goodies from 3-7 p.m. Nov. 23 at Running Excels, 10328 S. Western Ave. in Beverly or from noon-5 p.m. Nov. 27 at the 19th Ward office, 10400 S. Western Ave. in Beverly.

Registration for the event can be completed online. It costs $30 to run or walk the race. Participants younger than 18 can run or walk for $20. A family registration is also available for $60.

Proceeds from the race benefit the John McNicholas Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and the 19th Ward Youth Foundation.
