ROGERS PARK — A new Dunkin' Donuts is coming to Morse Avenue in Rogers Park.
Permits were issued Oct. 8 for a total interior build-out, including work on electrical, plumbing, and heating and cooling systems at the 1355 W. Morse Ave. storefront, just feet away from the CTA Morse Red Line station.
Renovations are expected to cost $250,000, records show.
