Englewood Shooting Kills Man After 'Domestic Altercation,' Police Say

CHICAGO — A man was shot in his head and killed in Englewood on Sunday night after what police described as "a domestic altercation," police said.

The man, in his 40s, was shot at 8 p.m. in the 6800 block of South Loomis Boulevard, said Officer Ana Pacheco, Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

No one is in custody.
