CHICAGO — A 24-year-old man was injured in a drive-by shooting in West Pullman on Sunday night, police say.
At 6:30 p.m., the man was standing outside in the 11700 block of South Harvard Avenue when he was shot by someone in a black Nissan, said Officer Janel Sedevic, Chicago Police spokeswoman. The man was shot in his right leg and was in good condition at Roseland Community Hospital. The shooter drove off.
The victim is a documented gang member, police said.
No one is in custody for this shooting.
