IRVING PARK — A 36-year-old man was hurt in a shooting in Albany Park early Sunday morning, police said.

Around 3:20 a.m., the man was standing on the sidewalk in the 4100 block of North Bernard Street when two men walked up and shot at him, according to Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition with gunshot wounds in his right leg and his upper back, Sedevic said.

No one is in custody, Sedevic said.
