WOODLAWN — A 20-year-old woman was shot to death at a party in Woodlawn early Sunday morning, police said.

Around 1:30 a.m., the woman was standing in the alley of a house in the 6100 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue when a fight broke out and someone shot her in her head, according to Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman. Police originally said she was 19 years old.

Shaquandra Ratliff, of the 6000 block of South Morgan Avenue, was pronounced dead at the scene at 2:29 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

No one is in custody, Sedevic said.
