STREETERVILLE — The neighborhood is getting a new grocery store — one with plenty of experience with Downtown customers.
Bockwinkel's is opening its third Downtown location at 320 E. Ohio St. this fall, according to the store's website.
The new store, located next to a DoubleTree Hilton Hotel, will be open 7 a.m. to midnight, according to ad circulars for the grocery chain.
Employees reached by phone at Bockwinkel's two other locations, 222 N. Columbus Dr., 155 N. Harbor Dr., declined to comment Friday night.
CityScape posted about the building permit for the 16,000-square-foot space in May.
