CHATHAM — A man and two teenagers were shot in Chatham late Sunday night, police said.

Around 11:55 p.m., the three were standing on the sidewalk in the 8300 block of South Maryland Avenue when they heard gunshots and felt pain, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

One of the victims, 22, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center with gunshot wounds in his neck and upper back, Estrada said. He was listed in stable condition.

Two 17-year-olds were taken to Stroger Hospital, where they were both listed in stable condition, Estrada said. One of the teens was shot in his right calf, the other in his left thigh.
