UPTOWN — The FBI is offering a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of a woman they're calling the "Uptown Beach Bandit" who is suspected of robbing three banks on the North Side of Chicago this month.

The most recent victim was the TCF bank at 4355 N. Sheridan Road in Uptown. Around 12:56 p.m. Saturday, the woman robbed the bank while wearing a large brown hat, sunglasses and a green shirt. The woman did not show a weapon during the robbery, according to the FBI.

The woman appears to be between 30 and 40 years old and is about 5 feet, 4 inches tall, the FBI said.

The woman wore a similar outfit in her previous robberies: on Aug. 14, in the 5300 block of North Broadway and on Aug. 5, in the 3500 block of North Broadway, the FBI said.

Around 10:56 a.m. on Aug. 20, a man robbed a PNC Bank in the 4400 block of North Broadway in Uptown.
