CHICAGO - A man found shot dead in his car Aug. 13 has been identified, according to officials.
Police found the man unresponsive in his car in the 200 block of West 93rd Street around 3 a.m. Thursday, according to Officer Jose Estrada, Chicago Police spokesman. They first reported that he was in his 20s.
The man had gunshot wounds in his face and neck and was pronounced dead on the scene, Estrada said.
The man was identified as Leroy Kelly Jr., 30, of the 9200 block of South LaSalle Street, according to the Sun-Times. He was pronounced dead at 3:34 a.m.
No arrests have been made, Estrada said.
