CHICAGO — A 24-year-old man was shot in his back around 4 a.m. Friday in Uptown.
The man was in the street in the 800 block of West Agatite Avenue when someone opened fire from behind, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.
The man was transported in stable condition to Illinois Masonic Medical Center. No one is in custody.
