ENGLEWOOD — A 30-year-old man was shot in his leg in Englewood Wednesday morning, police said.

The man was taken to Holy Cross Hospital in stable condition after being shot in the 6800 block of South Honore Street around 9:15 a.m., according to Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

Police said they believe the shooting was a domestic incident, and they're now "speaking with a person of interest."

Police could not immediately provide any other information on the shooting.
