CHICAGO — A 23-year-old man was shot in Englewood Monday night, police said.
Around 7:39 p.m., the man was walking in the 7000 block of South Damen Avenue when he was shot in his thigh, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.
The man was taken to Christ Hospital, where his condition stabilized, Estrada said.
No one is in custody for the shooting.
