WEST TOWN — A 22-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet in West Town early Saturday morning, police said.

The woman was sitting in the passenger seat of a car on the 2500 block of West Iowa Street when another car pulled up alongside and someone inside fired shots, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The woman was brought to Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center with a graze wound to her upper back, Estrada said, and she was treated and released.

No one is in custody for the shooting, Estrada said.
