CHICAGO — A man was shot while driving on the Eisehenhower Expy. early Wednesday, police said.
A man was driving on the expressway near Laramie Avenue at 5:20 a.m. Wednesday when he was shot in his leg, said Trooper Ark Wozniak, a State Police spokesman. The man took himself to the hospital and Chicago police are investigating, Wozniak said.
Information about the man's age, condition or the hospital he went to was unavailable. Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman, said he did not yet have information about the shooting.
