NOBLE SQUARE —  Commuters looking to grab a bite to eat after work or stick around and enjoy live music at the CTA Blue Line Division "L" stop can do both at "Tuesdays at the Triangle."

Set for 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays through Aug. 25 at the intersection of Ashland, Milwaukee, and Division known as the Polish Triangle, the outdoor entertainment series kicked off in May and features different performances and activities each week.

On Tuesday, musicians from Tsukasa Taiko Drummers will perform from 7 to 8 p.m. while "Sidewalk Board Games" will be offered from 6 to 7 p.m, according to the Polish Triangle Coalition's website.

Popular food truck Cevapcici will be parked at the site while Sweet Cakes Bakery, located across from the triangle at 1223 N. Milwaukee Ave., will operate a pastry stand.

The series, organized by the volunteer-run Polish Triangle Coalition with support from Special Service Taxpayer Area No. 33 and local sponsors such as Podhalanka, is part of an ongoing effort to improve the transit-friendly patch that serves as a gateway to four neighborhoods.
