CHICAGO — A 22-year-old man was shot in Back of the Yards Sunday afternoon, police said.
Around 2:35 p.m. Sunday, the man was standing in the 4500 block of South Honore Street when two men pulled up in a white van and one began shooting, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.
The victim was hit multiple times in his back and taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, Estrada said.
No one is in custody.
