White Sox to Hold Charity Golf Tournament for Children's Hospitals

CHICAGO — The White Sox's upcoming charity golf tournament will feature appearances from notables like Ozzie Guillen and Bo Jackson.

Spots for interested golfers cost $600 per person or $2,400 for groups of foursomes.

Golfers will be paired with a "White Sox celebrity" for the tournament, will receive a White Sox wedge and will have breakfast, lunch and a post-tournament dinner. Green and cart fees are included with the entry fee.

The White Sox's Field of Greens Celebrity Golf tournament will benefit the University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children's Hospital and the Lurie Children's Hospital.

The tournament is July 20 at Harborside International Golf Course, 11001 S. Doty Ave. Breakfast is 8 a.m. and the shotgun start is 10:15 a.m. Dinner will be served after the tournament.
