Police Investigating Death of Man Found in River Friday Morning

CHICAGO — Police said they are investigating the death of a man found floating in the river Friday morning.

The man's body was found floating in the river at 10:42 a.m. near Irving Park Road and California Avenue. Officer Stacey Cooper, a Chicago Police spokeswoman, said police are investigating the death.

No further details were available.
