CHICAGO — A 36-year-old man was shot Monday afternoon in Woodlawn.
Around 3 p.m., the man was in a car in the 1400 block of East 66th Place when someone shot him multiple times from another car, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
The man was shot in the chest, shoulder and hand. He was taken to University of Chicago Hospital before being transferred to Stroger Hospital in fair condition, Sedevic said.
No one is in custody for the shooting.
