CHICAGO — A man was hospitalized after he was shot late Wednesday in Little Village, police said.

Around 11:25 p.m., an 18-year-old man was walking on the sidewalk in the 3600 block of West 27th Street when he saw a man walk out of alley, then he heard shots and felt pain, said Officer Stacey Cooper, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man suffered a graze wound in the foot. He drove himself to Mount Sinai Hospital where his condition had stabilized, Copper said.
