CHICAGO — A 38-year-old man was wounded Monday night in an Englewood shooting.
At 11:38 p.m., the man was walking in the 1500 block of West 60th Street when someone fired shots from a red van, said Officer Stacey Cooper, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
The man, who was struck in the hip and arm, was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, Cooper said.
The van drove off westbound after the shooting. No one is in custody, Cooper said.
