CHICAGO — A 21-year-old man's head was grazed by a bullet Sunday night on the Near West Side.

Around 8:38 p.m., the man was driving in the 1600 block of South Loomis Street when a passenger in another car opened fire, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man took himself to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, Estrada said.

No one is in custody for the shooting.
