CHICAGO — Three people were shot in Auburn Gresham Sunday afternoon.

Around 3:10 p.m., two men and a woman were standing in the 1700 block of West 79th Street when a man in a black car opened fire before driving off, said Officer Amina Greer, a Chicago Police Department spokeswoman.

A 23-year-old man was shot in his head and listed in critical condition at Christ Medical Center. A 23-year-old woman was shot in her neck and also listed in critical condition at Christ, Greer said.

A 29-year-old man was grazed in his shoulder and refused medical attention, Greer said.

No one is in custody for the shootings.

The Rev. Michael Pfleger, pastor of St. Sabina Catholic Church, said though the shooting was a little west of his parish's boundaries, the church still took the shootings personally, and it's offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the shooter.

"You will not shoot in this area and walk around and go home and chill," Pfleger posted on his Facebook page Sunday.
